Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Associate
Location: Work From Home
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 5 days, Monday-Friday (9AM-6PM), (9.30am-5.30pm after probation)
Salary: Basic up to MYR3,500 + Incentives + Retention Program 1 & 2 & 3 & 4
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize cold calling and other outreach methods to develop new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
Manage and update client databases to ensure smooth cold calling during prime hours.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and business development.
Tracking any suspicious under-table activities.
Build strong relationships with clients through calling and following up.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Preferably a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates with other diplomas or degrees who are confident in their ability to handle the job responsibilities are also welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
IT savvy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
