E-Commerce Associate

Join our team at RFS Hydraulics Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Chuan Kok Hardware Pte Ltd. We are currently hiring for new team members based at our office in UOA Bangsar.

Job Description :

Ensure Product Listing is created and maintained on our various E-Commerce platforms.

Update the quantity of listed products to make sure listings are up to date.

Monitor pricing of our products as well as competitor products to make sure we have a competitive edge.

Optimize various E-Commerce Platform Ads in order to reach out to our target market to boost discoverability.

Oversee the order fulfilment process from end to end to ensure a smooth and satisfactory transaction.

Reply to buyer's messages and enquiries promptly to maintain a high level of service.

Explore and propose new E-Commerce platforms or Online Marketplace to further expand our market.



Job Requirements :

Possesses Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or its equivalent.

Min 1 - 2 years of related experiences.

Candidates with thorough understanding of E-Commerce platform systems and process flow desired.

Candidates with basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Amazon Online Marketplace, Shopee, Shopify and Eezee have an added advantage.

Computer literate in terms of MS Office, marketing software and other applications.

Great communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
