Store Supervisor（1st Avenue Penang）

Store Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Sales & Operations Management: Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Drive sales and meet revenue targets through effective merchandising, inventory management, and promotional strategies.

Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Financial & Administrative Duties: Manage store budgets, shift arrangment, and cash handling procedures. Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.

Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability.
