Sales Representative

What you'll be doing
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail customers to drive sales of our consumer healthcare products
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting for and onboarding new customers within the assigned territory
-Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
-Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
-Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including orders, invoices, and customer interactions
-Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
-Provide valuable feedback and insights to the management team to help inform product development and -marketing strategies
-Ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery to customers
-Area of coverage: Melaka

What we're looking for
-Minimum Diploma or equivalent
-Proven experience in sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers at all levels
-Excellent product knowledge and the ability to articulate the unique selling points of our consumer healthcare products
-Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
-Familiarity with the assigned area market and customer base is desirable
-Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
