Service Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) - Wireless Control System

The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support of industrial wireless radio remote control systems used in heavy machinery and industrial equipment. The role requires strong electrical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to support customers from China and Mandarin-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

Install, test, and commission industrial wireless radio remote control systems at customer sites.

Troubleshoot electrical and electronic system issues and provide effective technical solutions.

Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and servicing of remote control equipment.

Provide technical support and consultation to customers regarding system operation and troubleshooting.

Conduct system diagnostics and ensure equipment is operating according to specifications.

Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance records.

Collaborate with internal teams including sales, engineering, and customer support to resolve technical issues.

Support product training and demonstrations for customers when required.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during service operations.

Travel to customer sites when required for installation and technical support.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electrical service, field service engineering, or industrial equipment support.

Fresh graduates with strong electrical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to support Mandarin-speaking customers.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical or electronic systems.

Willing to travel for site service and technical support assignments.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in industrial automation, radio remote control systems, PLC, or machinery control systems is an advantage.

Hands-on experience with electrical wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and industrial equipment maintenance.
