Plastic Blow Moulding Technician

Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup & Troubleshooting: Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and operate blow moulding machines according to production requirements.

Mould Maintenance & Cleaning: Clean and polish moulds and spare parts to ensure optimal performance.

Mould Adjustment & Configuration: Make necessary mould adjustments to meet product specifications.

Machine & Mould Care: Ensure proper care and handling of moulds and machines; inspect moulds during and after installation.

Preventive Maintenance: Conduct periodic checks to identify and address potential maintenance issues.

Quality Control: Monitor production output through routine inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.

Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Blowing Executive.

Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience:

1 year of experience in plastic blowing, injection moulding, or related manufacturing is an advantage.

Skills:

Basic understanding of blow moulding processes and machine operations.

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
