Factory Operation Manager

Position Summary：

Be fully responsible for daily operation and management to ensure that production tasks are successfully completed under the goals of safety, quality, cost and efficiency.



Job Description：

Plan and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials based on sales orders and the master production schedule; monitor production progress; resolve abnormalities affecting production plan fulfillment; ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery of orders that meet quality and quantity requirements.

Be responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep management of production and auxiliary equipment within the plant.

Be responsible for the daily management and coordination of utilities infrastructure (e.g., water, electricity, gas) in the workshop, ensuring stable and compliant energy supply.

Strictly implement the quality management system and process specifications to ensure the production process is controlled.

Promote the handling and analysis of non-conforming products; lead or participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for internal quality issues.

Continuously monitor and optimize process parameters for die-casting, post-processing, etc.; lead or participate in cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement projects to enhance production efficiency, improve product quality, and reduce operational costs.

Organize the application of new technologies, new processes, and new equipment to continuously improve productivity and quality.

Implement the safety production responsibility system; organize regular safety inspections and hazard identification to prevent safety incidents.

Guide, supervise, and inspect the work of subordinates; conduct performance appraisals and skill training for team members to enhance team capability.

Be fully responsible for 6S management, safety production, and employee training in the workshop, fostering a clean, safe, and efficient production environment.

Qualification ：

Education Background : Business administration or science and engineering Bachelor.

Training Experience ：Have the training experience about production management, managerial skill development, finance knowledge and so on.

Working Experience ：To have the production management experience more than 5 years.

Skills：

To have enough technology professional knowledge. To familiar with the product process flow. To familiar with the production management knowledge.

Be familiar with national laws and regulations, local policy rules and regulations;

Know the related industry development status and major competitors’ status.

To familiar with the office software.
