Senior Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ideally within a global or multi‑entity environment.

Perform month‑end close activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting support.

Prepare, review, and analyse financial reports, including aged payables and aged receivables.

Handle intercompany invoicing, including invoices generated based on time entry by resources.

Collaborate closely with local and global finance teams to ensure efficient AP and AR operations.

Maintain and manage finance systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.

Support audit processes by preparing documentation, reconciliations, and responding to audit queries.

Demonstrate strong ownership of finance processes and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic, global finance environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

Strong understanding of month‑end close, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.

Exceptional attention to detail with a right‑first‑time mindset.

Strong numeracy and analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers and statistics.

Experience supporting finance operations within an IT services business.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different regions and teams.
