IoT Technician (IT Technician)

1. Shop Floor Connectivity
Assist in installing and setting up IoT devices, gateways, PLC connections, and basic industrial networks
Support connectivity between machines, sensors, PLCs, MESPRO, and SCADA systems
Monitor machine data collection and help ensure stable system operation

2. MESPRO Support
Assist in connecting production machines to MESPRO system
Support basic configuration of machine data (tags, parameters, mapping)
Help troubleshoot issues related to data collection and production tracking

3. SCADA (InduSoft / AVEVA Edge) Support
Assist in supporting SCADA applications for machine monitoring
Help with basic setup of tags, alarms, and dashboards
Support integration activities between SCADA, MESPRO, and shop floor equipment

4. Troubleshooting & Maintenance
Assist in identifying and resolving basic connectivity issues between machines and systems

Support monitoring of system performance and data flow
Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on IoT devices and network equipment

5. Documentation & Technical Support
Assist in maintaining documentation (network setup, device configurations)
Provide basic technical support to production and engineering teams
Support system testing, upgrades, and implementation activities
