Site Safety Supervisor

任职资格
1. Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
2. Possess a valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certificationrecognized by DOSH / CIDB.
3. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction site safety supervision.
4. Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA), CIDB requirements, and relevant Malaysian safety regulations.
5. Good understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety procedures, with strong communication skills for briefings and training.
6. Physically fit, able to work on site, possess own transportation, and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

岗位职责
1. Monitor and enforce compliance with site safety regulations, company SOPs, and statutory requirements (DOSH, CIDB, OSHA 1994).
2. Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts.
3. Implement and monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, risk assessments, and method statements (RA/MS).
4. Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety inductions for workers and subcontractors.
5. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
6. Ensure proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all workers on site.
7. Maintain safety records and documentation including inspection reports, training records, and incident logs.
8. Liaise with authorities, clients, and consultants on safety compliance, audits, and inspections.
9. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards, especially in live or high-risk environments.
10. Promote safety awareness and continuously improve safety practices across the project site.
