Software Tester

Job Responsibilities:

Create test plans, scripts, and test cases based on requirements

Prepare test data and set up the testing environment

Perform UAT, Regression Testing, and ORT

Track, verify, and follow up on defects

Document test results and provide progress updates

Prepare training materials and support UAT improvements

Escalate issues or risks when needed

Requirements:
🎓 Qualification:

Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields

Insurance certifications (MII, CII, LOMA) are an advantage

💼 Experience:

Minimum 2 years of testing experience (Life Insurance experience preferred)

Experience in mobile/web testing or automation tools is a plus

💡 Skills:

Knowledge of Life Insurance operations

Good English communication skills
