Field Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Field Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a 200-acre corn plantation. This role is responsible for supervising all stages of crop production, ensuring healthy crop growth, managing farm workers, and maintaining equipment to support efficient farm operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all stages of corn cultivation, including land preparation, planting, fertilizing, spraying and harvesting

Monitor crop health and identify issues affecting growth

Troubleshoot field problems and implement practical solutions to improve yield and crop performance

Manage and supervise farm workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Oversee maintenance and proper use of farm machinery and equipment

Monitor and manage inventory of fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides and other farm inputs
