Homestay Multimedia Executive- Mandarin Speaker Needed

Education & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Film,
Photography, Mass Communication, Marketing or
related field.
1–4 years relevant experience in videography,
photography or social media content creation.
Fresh graduates with strong portfolio are
encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
Able to shoot high-quality photos and videos using
DSLR / mirrorless camera or smartphone.
Proficient in editing software such as CapCut,
Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom or
Photoshop.
Understanding of lighting, composition and
property-shooting angles.
Familiar with vertical video formats for TikTok,
Instagram Reels and XiaoHongShu.
Basic motion graphics or text animation is a plus.

Social Media Know-How
Understands trending formats, hooks and posting
styles on TikTok / XiaoHongShu / Instagram.
Able to write simple captions and hashtags for
property marketing.
Familiar with OTA photo standards (Airbnb / Agoda
/ *************) is an advantage.

Mobility & Field Work
Willing to travel across KL & Klang Valley for on-site
shoots.
Possess own transport is preferred

Detail-oriented and organised with files and
naming systems.
Fast learner, proactive and able to work
independently on site.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationsdriven environment.
Able to meet tight timelines and multiple shoot
schedules per week.

Bonus Points
Experience in real estate, hotel, homestay or
interior design shoots.
Own basic camera equipment.
XiaoHongShu / TikTok account or portfolio to
showcase.

Shoot high-quality photos and videos of homestay
and rental units.
Record short-form video content for platforms
such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and XiaoHongShu.

Edit photos and videos for listings, advertisements
and social media.
Prepare media assets for OTA platforms (Airbnb,
Agoda, *************, etc.).
Maintain consistent visual style aligned with
company branding.
Coordinate shoot schedules with operations team.
Assist in basic content planning and posting.
Manage simple caption writing and hashtag use
for property marketing.
Organise and archive media files properly.
