Senior Finance Executive

As a Senior Finance Executive, you will manage the company’s daily financial operations. This includes full-set accounting, cash and banking management, financial reporting, and supporting month-end/year-end closing, audits, and inventory cost accounting. You should be detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work independently while collaborating with other teams.



Responsibilities:
Accounting & Reporting: Handle daily accounting, journal entries, ledgers, vouchers, and financial statements.

Cash & Banking: Manage cash, daily bank transactions, payments, receipts, reconciliations, and balance adjustments.

Accounts Receivable & Payable: Track, follow up, and reconcile invoices and payments.

Tax & Compliance: Support tax filings and ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and laws.

Inventory & Cost Accounting: Help with stock counts, cost accounting, and record-keeping.

Month-End, Year-End & Audit: Assist with closing processes and audit preparation.
