Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring alignment with Xiaomi’s business objectives.

Sales Growth: Drive revenue by creating and executing account-specific sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.

-Negotiation & Planning: Lead negotiations on pricing, margins, rebates, and promotional activities to maximize profitability.

Operational Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of retail strategies.

Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to management.

Market Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore potential partnerships to expand Xiaomi’s retail footprint.

Customer Experience: Ensure retail partners deliver consistent brand experience and customer satisfaction in line with Xiaomi’s standards.



Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in key account management, retail operations, or B2B sales (consumer electronics or FMCG preferred).

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales reporting tools and MS Office.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
