任职资格
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 0-2 years of working experience in a related
field.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks or standing for long periods.
Basic understanding of safety regulations and equipment handling.
Willingness to learn and operate technical tools or machinery.
Disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, guests, and visitors.
Observant with a high attention to detail for safety and security purposes.
Proactive attitude in identifying potential hazards or maintenance needs
岗位职责
Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
Report in detail to supervisor or manager any suspicious incidents.
Follow safety policies administration etc are enforced and compliance.
Learn all operation checks and tasking on all type of equipment for preventive
maintenance.
To assist ensure the working tools are well maintained and kept in a systematic and clean
manner.
To provide necessary assistance to staffs, guest, contractors or visitors.
Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic
control and accident investigations.
Prevent emergencies wherever possible by regularly assessing the current condition of
the premises and its hazards.
Report any defects must immediately report to the supervisor or manager, if found during
duty hours and off duty hours.
To assist maintenance the service vehicle up to cleanliness standard and in good
condition.
To assist ensure the status of vehicles are properly updated.
To assist any other duties as requested by the immediate superior & Head of Department
