岗位职责
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and competent Medical Officer (MO) – Resident to support
clinical services and ensure high-quality patient care within the ward setting. The role involves
close collaboration with specialists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and
continuous medical care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily clinical management and monitoring of inpatients.
Act as the first-line doctor in the ward.
Assist consultants during ward rounds and implement treatment plans.
Perform clinical procedures such as :- arterial blood gas (ABG), blood group & cross-match
(GXM), blood culture and other relevant medical procedures.
Review laboratory and diagnostic results and initiate appropriate actions.
Conduct patient assessment, admission, and discharge processes.
Ensure accurate and timely medical documentation.
Support wellness and preventive healthcare programs.
Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Job Requirements
Degree in Medicine (MBBS / MD or equivalent)
Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience as a Medical Officer.
Experience in ward management is an added advantage.
Good clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
