Production Planner

Production & Capacity Planning

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand and delivery targets.

Perform capacity planning to identify constraints and adjust schedules as needed.

Coordinate with Production to respond to priority changes or disruptions.

Material Planning & Inventory Control

Use MRP in SAP to ensure timely availability of materials and components.

Maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

Review inventory health and support actions for excess or obsolete stock.

SAP & Planning Execution

Maintain BOMs and master data accuracy in SAP.

Create and manage work orders aligned with approved plans.

Ensure data consistency across planning, procurement, and inventory.

Procurement & Logistics Coordination

Issue purchase orders based on MRP signals.

Work with suppliers and procurement to ensure on‑time deliveries and manage risks.

Coordinate inbound shipments and flag potential delays early.

Cross‑Functional & Performance Management

Act as the planning interface between Production, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Sales.

Monitor planning KPIs, identify risks, and support scenario planning.

Contribute to Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.

Experience in HVAC, motors, or electronic components is an advantage.

Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA preferred.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Familiarity with Lean / Kaizen methodologies.
