Role: Program/Project Management Lead-Core Banking

What You'll Do:

The role requires strong domain expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of core banking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall delivery, support, and enhancement of the bank's core banking platform.

Provide leadership to a large team of 50+ resources across technical and functional roles.

Engage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including Head-of-Function and C-suite minus one level executives.

Drive high-quality technical and functional delivery across core banking initiatives, including system enhancements and transformation programs.

Establish strong governance, delivery frameworks, and operational oversight to ensure system reliability and performance.

Align technology delivery with business priorities and regulatory requirements.

Experience & Qualifications

10+ years of experience working in core banking application teams.

Proven experience leading large teams (50+ members) in complex banking technology environments.

Strong stakeholder management experience with senior banking leadership.

Deep technical and functional delivery experience within core banking systems.

Experience with the Silverlake platform is highly desirable.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in program/project management

Strong knowledge of core banking systems and processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
