• Basic Excel / Google Sheets, Autocount knowledge is advantage
• Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre
• Organized, detail-oriented
• Able to follow SOP
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
岗位职责
• Support online and offline order processing
• Track sales and errors
• Handle basic customer enquiries
• Support daily admin and reporting tasks for both online and local operations
• Maintain proper documentation (invoice, DO, etc.)
