Regional Financial Controller

Description

Direct the end‑to‑end financial reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory standards, and proper consolidation of group entities.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting activities to drive informed strategic planning and cost control across initiatives.
Establish and refine financial policies, controls, and procedures to strengthen operational effectiveness and governance.
Manage cash flow planning and treasury operations, including hedging strategies, to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial exposure.
Interpret financial results and conduct analytical reviews to deliver insights that enhance business performance and support decision-making.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and uphold financial integrity.
Lead, coach, and empower the Accounting & Finance team to meet functional goals and maintain high professional standards.
Partner with senior leadership on financial planning, risk management, and international tax matters to support sustainable growth and regulatory compliance.
Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have :

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications being an advantage.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to manage cash flow and treasury operations effectively.
Experience in leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
Proficiency in financial analysis and the ability to provide strategic insights.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
