Admin Assistant (ECommerce)

Basic Criteria Requirements:
● 18 years old and above
● Prefer female (Admin jobs)
● SPM, STPM or higher level
● Own transport preferred

Basic Skills Requirements:
● Basic computer literate
● Basic eCommerce literate
● Bacis Photoshop skills (Preferred / Tutorial provided)
● Speak & write in English & Malay

Basic Attitude Requirements:
● Creative, proactive & responsible problem solver
● Structured & capable of handling multiple tasks
● Sense of urgency, attention to details & ability to prioritize

Responsibility:
● Handle & maintain in marketplace of Lazada, Shopee and related websites
● Handle & follow up incoming orders, phone calls & whatsapp inquiries
● Handle & update latest products, promotion and pricing
● Handle & update excel latest bank & payment gateway transaction
● Handle & replenish stocks from time to time
● Handle & make payment to related service provider & suppliers
● Handle any ad-hoc admin works duties as tasked
