Banking Collection Customer Service Executive

Location:
NU Tower 2, KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Salary Package:
• Salary up to RM4,200 per month

Working Hours:
• Singapore Business Hours
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday to Friday

Start Date:
• 29 June 2026

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payment matters
• Communicate with customers professionally regarding account-related enquiries
• Provide support in payment collection processes while maintaining service quality
• Maintain accurate records and update customer account information when required
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth account servicing operations
• Follow company guidelines and operational procedures in handling customer interactions

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma qualification or above
• Prior experience in banking collection or related financial services role is required
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English to support daily business operations
• Comfortable handling customer communication in a professional environment
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Able to start work immediately
