Job Description
负责整体社交媒体内容规划，把复杂的 AI 量化交易产品优势转化为用户易懂的教育内容，提升品牌曝光和用户信任。
岗位职责 / Responsibilities / Tanggungjawab
制定社交媒体（YouTube、Facebook、TikTok）内容策略与选题规划。
设计内容日历，确保每周/每月有规律产出。
指导视频创作者和剪辑团队，保证内容风格统一。
监控内容数据（播放量、互动率），定期优化。
确保所有内容合规，符合马来西亚及平台政策。
任职要求 / Requirements / Syarat
本科及以上学历，市场营销/传媒/金融相关专业优先。
3 年以上社媒内容或金融产品营销经验。
熟悉 AI、金融科技或加密行业优先。
英语流利，具备文案策划和数据分析能力。
考核标准 / KPI
每月产出合格内容数量（≥12 条）。
平均视频完播率 > 40%。
粉丝增长率/月度曝光量。
