Contract Manager（Landscape Construction）

Job Responsibilities / 工作职责
* Handle construction contracts, tenders, and quotation analysis
负责工程合约、招标及报价分析
* Follow up on VO, EOT, and project claims
跟进 VO、EOT 及工程索赔文件
* Monitor project budgets and construction costs
控制工程预算及施工成本
* Prepare progress claims, payment documents, and final accounts
准备进度索赔、付款文件及结算
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
与客户、顾问、分包商及现场团队协调沟通
* Monitor landscape construction progress and site measurements
跟进景观工程施工进度及现场测量
* Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and client requirements
确保工程符合图纸、规格及客户要求
* Maintain project documentation and reports
管理工程文件及准备相关报告

Requirements / 任职要求
* Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Landscape Construction, or related field
建筑测量、工程管理、景观工程或相关科系
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or landscape industry
具 3–5 年建筑或景观工程经验
* Familiar with contract management, tendering, and cost control
熟悉合约管理、招标及成本控制
* Able to read construction drawings and BQ
能阅读施工图及 BQ
* Good communication and coordination skills
具良好沟通及协调能力
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project documentation
熟悉 Microsoft Excel 与文件管理
* Able to handle multiple projects independently
能独立处理多个工程项目
