Educational Program & Tour Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and customize student study tour programs and educational itineraries.
-Liaise with vendors including transportation providers, accommodation, and attractions to ensure smooth program execution.
-Coordinate with universities and partner institutions for program arrangements.
-Develop and expand partnerships for study tours and student exchange programs.
-Lead and manage student groups during local and overseas trips.
-Ensure student safety, program quality, and overall experience.
-Prepare reports, documentation, and post-program evaluations.


Requirements:
-Proficient in (Mandarin) (reading & writing is mandatory).
-Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English.
-Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
-Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
-Willingness to travel locally and overseas.
-Passion for education, youth engagement, and cultural exchange.
-Prior experience in education programs, travel coordination, or event management is an advantage.
