Key Responsibilties
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact; answer phones, screen inquiries, and relay messages. Handle correspondence including drafting emails, memos, and reports.

Schedule Management: Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and avoid scheduling conflicts.

Clerical Duties: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, photocopy, scan, and bind documents.

Office Maintenance: Oversee office supplies inventory, order replacements, and coordinate equipment maintenance or vendor visits.

Travel & Logistics: Coordinate business travel arrangements (flights, hotel, and transport) and prepare expense reports.

Basic Bookkeeping: Process invoices, assist with basic accounting tasks, and monitor departmental budgets when required.
