负责平台战略、架构设计与整体运营
推动 AI 驱动的演进
构建运营商级高可用系统（Carrier-grade）
直接与 Coo 协作
明确路径：CTO / 联合创始人

要求
5年以上 OTT / TK/ Facebook/ 大平台系统经验（有实操）
熟悉传音与华为云
熟悉OTT 平台架构、API、DevOps等
有团队管理与复杂项目交付经验
英文 / 中文可作为工作语言
