Personal Assistant cum Driver

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, punctual and professional driving services for the Chairman and senior leadership
Plan optimal routes and ensure timely arrival for all meetings, appointments and engagements
Manage vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, fueling and road tax/insurance compliance
Accompany the executive on business trips and engagements within Malaysia when required
Assist with daily schedule coordination, reminders and logistics management
Handle errands, document collection/delivery and administrative tasks as assigned
Coordinate with internal teams or external parties on behalf of the executive
Handle all personal and business matters with the highest level of confidentiality

Requirements

3–6 years of experience as a personal driver, executive driver or PA cum driver
Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) with a clean driving record
Thorough knowledge of Kuala Lumpur roads, routes and traffic conditions
Strong sense of punctuality, reliability and personal responsibility
High level of confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
Good communication skills in Mandarin / Cantonese and Malay
Malaysian Chinese (Male), below 34 years old
Physically fit and able to work flexible hours when required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving for senior executives, VIPs or high-net-worth individuals
Basic administrative or coordination skills
Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience in corporate or hospitality driving environments
