Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000
Working Days: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), Saturday (8:30 AM – 1:30 PM)
Working Hours: Standard Office Hours
Location: No. 1, Jalan SB Jaya, Taman Industri SB Jaya, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Inspector to ensure all printed products meet company standards and customer expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products, identifying defects, and maintaining quality control records. You will also work closely with production teams to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
This position is ideal for individuals who are meticulous, observant, and committed to maintaining high quality standards in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Inspect printed products for color accuracy, alignment, finishing, and overall presentation
2. Detect and document defects such as smudges, misprints, ink inconsistencies, or paper issues
3. Conduct pre-production checks on raw materials such as paper, ink, and printing plates
4. Perform random sampling and batch inspections to ensure product consistency
5. Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality control logs
6. Provide recommendations for corrective actions and continuous improvement
7. Monitor printing machines during operation to ensure adherence to specifications
8. Collaborate with operators and supervisors to resolve quality issues promptly
9. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and industry regulations

Requirements
1. Experience in quality control, printing, or manufacturing is an advantage
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to detect defects
3. Basic understanding of printing processes or manufacturing workflows is a plus
4. Good documentation and reporting skill
5. Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow SOPs
