Receptionist

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Direct visitors to appropriate person and office.

Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.

Collection of daily mail and distribution

Handle Meeting room schedule

Provide general administrative support to the Admin Department.

Handle Shopee / TikTok Delivery Stock and record

Arrange for shopee / TikTok for delivery

To perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.



Requirements:

Minimum SPM.

At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

Able to follow instruction from upper management and accomplish the order jobs.

Strong interpersonal skills and able to work under minimum supervision.

Able to multitask, resourceful, meticulous and proactive with sense of urgency.

Computer literate: Familiar with Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point

Able to converse and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak other language (example: mandarin) would be an added advantage.

Possess good attitude, integrity and good teamwork.

Possess own mode of transportation.

Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong.

Priority given to those who can start IMMEDIATELY.
