Warehouse Supervisor

✔ Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock control
✔ Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and proper warehouse procedures
✔ Maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and operational documentation
✔ Utilize AutoCount system for inventory tracking, stock updates, and data accuracy
✔ Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including task delegation and performance monitoring
✔ Plan and optimize warehouse workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors
✔ Coordinate daily picking, packing, and delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment
✔ Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations
✔ Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) to ensure smooth operations
