As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers via phone, email, and live chat by answering inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Job Responsibilities

通过电话、电子邮件和在线聊天回复客户咨询
解决客户问题并提供准确的产品信息
记录客户反馈，并在需要时升级复杂问题


职位要求

Language: Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English (to support Hong Kong/Taiwan market)
Skills: Strong communication and listening skills
Experience: No experience required however customer service experience is a plus
Education: Open to SPM, diploma, and degree holders
WFH Option: Fully work-from-home after 3 months.
