Job Description

Finance & Reporting – Ensure accurate and timely financial reports, tax filings, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Credit & Treasury – Manage credit control and treasury operations to support business goals and manage risks.

Inventory & Costing – Oversee inventory, costing, and purchasing processes to improve efficiency and support sales operations.

Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead annual budget and forecasts, and analyze variances to support business decisions.

Team & Stakeholder Management – Work closely with internal and external stakeholders; coach and lead the finance team.

HR & IT Oversight – Support local HR (e.g., payroll, hiring) and IT functions (e.g., system support, troubleshooting)

Requirement:

Degree in Finance/Accountancy (minimum); professional certifications like ACCA, AICPA, or MICPA are an advantage.

10–15 years in distribution, retail, or FMCG industries, including 4–6 years in Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firms.

Strong in accounting, tax, finance operations, and working capital management (credit, purchasing, inventory).

Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, business modelling, with sharp attention to detail and data analysis.

Experienced in tax compliance, transfer pricing, and treasury/cash flow management.

Mature, with strong communication skills and stakeholder management; proficient in ERP, BI tools, and Microsoft Office.
