Job Description

Our client is a company involved in chemical trading, manufacturing, and logistics one of the leading chemical distributor in the Asia Pacific region. They offer a holistic range of services, source and distribute more than 130 types of chemicals across ASEAN, backed by a quality-oriented team with years of experience.



Responsibilities :

Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.

Handles appointments, meeting schedules/venues, travel arrangements, etc.

Takes, distributes and follow-up on minutes of meetings.

Ensure all documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations are in order prior to all meetings.

Coordinate with all departments in any matters with regards to the GM and follow-up on all matters requiring action and trigger follow-up action of all departments & branches for GM.

In the absence of the GM or as business needs evolve, the candidate may be assigned general administrative duties.

Any other duties as and when required by superior.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in private secretarial or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of working experiences in secretarial related work.

Sharp and detail-oriented

Very proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Possess an excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

Proficiency in Malay and English; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
