Job Description

We are hiring an Electrical Engineering Intern/Fresh Graduate for a hands-on role, ideal for graduates eager to work directly with machinery, electrical systems, and experienced engineers in a real industrial environment.

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Strong interest in hands-on engineering work
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices
Understanding of machinery principles such as hydraulic systems, ball mills, agitators, pumps, etc.
Hands-on and able to lead by example when needed
Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) is an added advantage
Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsible, disciplined, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities

Assist in electrical maintenance, installation, and repair work on-site
Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques for electrical systems and machinery
Support preventive maintenance activities to ensure smooth plant operations
Establish and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) records, checklists, and reporting systems to ensure equipment reliability and compliance
Follow all safety procedures and company standards during daily tasks
Prepare maintenance reports and documentation as required
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
