What's the team function?
Event Marketing team is responsible for:

Focusing on building real-world brand touch points that drive engagement beyond screens.

Acting as the heartbeat of live brand activation, translating marketing goals into physical moments people remember

SHOUT OUT our Brands (Dreame, Mova, Uwant, Levoit, 70mai, etc.)


What's your role?
To plan, coordinate, and execute impactful events – from roadshows and pop-ups to store openings and seasonal brand activations.

To ideate and deliver creative gimmicks – from props to multi-sensory elements like sound, scent, and visuals – that grab attention and leave a lasting impression.

To recruit, train, and manage part-time promoters who bring energy and professionalism to every event.

To coordinate with vendors, malls, and suppliers – ensuring smooth logistics from setup to teardown.

To be on-ground during events – monitoring crowd reactions and fine-tuning the vibe in real-time for maximum engagement.

To craft immersive experiences by triggering multiple senses – using music, lighting, scent, visuals, and textures.

To review event outcomes – from KPIs to crowd feedback and budget spend – and continuously improve future activations.



What's the skill required?
Good command (both spoken and written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proven experience in event management, marketing, or brand activation.

Great sense of trend, vibe, and human behaviour – you can tell when something’s working (or not).

Know how to stretch every ringgit to get max impact.



Who's there to support you?
You’ll be supported by our in-house Digital Marketing, B2B and Retail team, where ya'll will collaborate closely to amplify the visibility and impact of each event you run.

There is also in-house designer team that will take care of the graphics and 3D mock-up. Giving their best to bring your ideas into reality.

You’ll participate in internal training and brainstorming sessions focused on current market trends, consumer behaviour, and creative concepts. Your input will be valued in both ideation and decision-making meetings, especially when crafting unique event experiences that resonate with our target audience.
