Responsibilities

Accounting:

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
Support the reconciliation of bank statements and ledger entries.
Help with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Assist in the processing of accounts payable and receivable.
Conduct data entry and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
Human Resources:

Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with training sessions.
Support employee records management and ensure accurate documentation.
Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.
Help maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed.
