Job description:

Utilize the ERP System to purchase requisitions (PR) from HQ and various outlets and convert them into formal purchase orders (PO).
Collaborate with department heads to understand their procurement needs and specifications.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and terms.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers to ensure they meet the company's standards.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with the finance department to reconcile invoices and payments.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by tracking orders and liaising with vendors.
Assist in the development of procurement strategies that are inventive, cost-effective, and consistent with business goals.
Job requirement:

Minimum bachelor's degree in related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in using ERP systems (or any Resource Planning System) for procurement processes.
Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Adept at multitasking and managing multiple priorities.
Knowledge of procurement regulations and procedures.
Able to work at Taman Pelangi Indah, Ulu Tiram Johor Bahru.
