Basic Microsoft Excel, Word & computer skills.

Good communication skills in Mandarin, English & BM (Must liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers).
Able to multitask, prioritize & work independently.
Willing to work 5.5 days per week."

"What You’ll Be Doing:
Support the Purchasing Manager & team in daily operations.
Research & compare vendors to get the best deals.
Build & maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Monitor stock levels & ensure smooth inventory management.
Manage purchase orders & track deliveries.
Keep records updated & handle vendor claims when needed.
Work closely with the warehouse team to check deliveries.
Assist in other projects & tasks when assigned."
