KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Authoring, testing, and publishing content using Content Management Systems (CMS) to support marketing and business initiatives.

Analysing content performance and making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns and projects.

Collaborating with User Experience (UX) and Digital team members as the content lead for new feature creation.

Partnering in the creation, maintenance, and execution of the digital content calendar.

Recommending changes to improve the usability, functionality, and interactivity of digital content and websites.

Serving as a CMS specialist, providing training and documentation to other content contributors.

Reviewing all digital properties to ensure compliance with brand standards, style guides, and legal requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

A Diploma in a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Proven experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus among team members.

Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Familiarity with web analytics software to track and report on content performance.

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Good to have:

Knowledge of SEO strategy as it applies to content creation and management.

Knowledge of interactive usability, user experience (UX), and digital design concepts.

Familiarity with JavaScript.

Experience working in a demanding, fast-paced environment similar to an advertising or digital agency.
