Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for administrative tasks, data entry, and report generation.
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and document management.
Ability to provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and coordinating meetings.
Familiarity with office management procedures and equipment, ensuring smooth operation of daily office activities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
Assist in the coordination of office activities and events, such as company meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement programs.
Manage data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information in company databases.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, in a professional and timely manner.
Support office management functions, such as ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed, utilizing strong communication and presentation skills.
Provide support to the HR department with tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
