Proven experience (3+ years) in running paid ad campaigns targeting Western markets on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Strong strategic thinking and performance-oriented execution.
Experience in lead generation funnels and CRM integration is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of CPL/ROI optimization and account structure best practices.
Prior experience managing a team of media buyers or digital marketing specialists.
Self-driven, result-oriented, resilient under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage advertising campaigns targeting Western markets via Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Develop and execute advertising strategies to acquire qualified leads and improve lead-to-sale conversion.
Oversee ad account structure and warming strategies; monitor CPL and ensure performance KPIs are met.
Build, mentor, and lead a team of media buyers; standardize SOPs and share optimization techniques.
Analyze campaign data to refine strategies and enhance ROI; collaborate with the sales team for full-funnel improvements.
Stay current with platform policies, ad trends, and algorithm changes to maintain competitiveness.
