Requirements

Proven working experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
Must be aggressive, self-driven, and punctual
Available on-call and able to travel or go outstation when needed
Strong communication and organizational skills
Able to handle pressure and work independently
Experience liaising with government agencies or in property development / construction is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Responsibilities

Provide full personal assistance to Director/Management
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle confidential information with discretion
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Coordinate travel arrangements and accompany when outstation required
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Draft correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
Perform other ad-hoc administrative and support duties as assigned
