Requirements

Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Diploma/Bachelor/ Certificates in Business Studies, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Possess own transport and willing to travel locally as needed.
Minimum 5 years in marketing communications, advertising & promotions.
Experienced in Manufacturing Industry.
Skills Required: Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Market Research, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Social Media Marketing and Branding.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans and sales campaigns to enhance overall performance.
Conduct market surveys, track trends, and keep the sales team updated with the latest industry insights.
Assist in preparing engaging marketing collateral to support sales functions across various channels.
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns using digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on marketing expenses and manage relationships with external partners.
Plan and implement public relations activities, including soft launches, official launches, and exhibitions.
Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives.
