Requirements

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English
Detail-oriented, responsible, willing to learn, and proactive
Proficient in computer operation, especially Excel
Responsibilities

Handle and prepare insurance quotations (Car / Lorry Insurance Quotation)
Use Excel to organize data and follow up with customer documents
Assist in document filing, customer data entry, and basic administrative work
Communicate with customers in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English; respond to WhatsApp and Emails
