Basic + Comn Up to RM5K | 10x Merchant Sales Executive

Work Location: On-field

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Base Salary 2,500 + KPI Incentive up to RM3000

Job Responsibilities:

Find and sign up new offline merchants.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Work with marketing to run offline campaigns.

Guide new merchants through onboarding.

Support clients and solve any issues.

Monitor merchant performance and share improvement ideas.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Must have own transport and valid license 6 month above. (motorcycle or car)

Sales or business development experience (1+ year preferred, but not required).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Able to communicate in English; knowledge of Bahasa or Mandarin is a plus.
