Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
Able to communicate Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 2 years of experience in social media management, brand execution, or content writing.
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Marketing Tools: Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms.
Basic Design & Editing (preferred): Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
Applicants must be willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia.
Responsibilities

Marketing Communication

Execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
Manage multi-channel campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
Build partnerships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.
Social Media Management

Oversee social media accounts and content planning.
Engage with audiences and analyze performance insights.
Content Writing

Create compelling content for digital and marketing materials.
Develop ad copy aligned with brand messaging.
Brand Execution

Support brand initiatives, launches, and promotions.
Conduct market research and assist in brand projects.
