Qualifications

Willing to work at Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru.

Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Prior experience in a central or commissary kitchen will be highly advantageous.

Job responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee the production of large-scale food items for multiple outlets.

Develop and standardize recipes, portion sizes, and cooking methods to ensure consistency across all locations.

Manage daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and proper food storage.

Ensure all dishes meet the company's standards for quality, taste, and presentation.

Collaborate with the procurement team to secure timely and cost-efficient sourcing of ingredients.

Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation, plating, hygiene, and safety protocols.

Monitor food costs and wastage, implementing effective measures to minimize losses.

Oversee the proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
