Requirements
-Graduate with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
-Solid understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
-Ability to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, posters, social media graphics, and website assets.
-Experience in branding and visual communication, with the ability to maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
-Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively collaborate with team members and understand project requirements.
-A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with current design trends and best practices in visual communication.
-A passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities
-Creation of visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, delivery platform visuals and etc, ensuring they align with TSF's brand guidelines.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, contributing ideas and designs that effectively communicate the company's message.
-Design and produce engaging visual content for social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and XHS to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
-Maintain and update the company's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual communication across all platforms and materials.
-Support the design and layout of menus, packaging, and other point-of-sale materials, ensuring they are visually appealing and informative for customers.
-Assist in the creation of presentations and internal communication materials, ensuring they are visually engaging and effectively convey information to employees.
-Prepare final artworks for print and liaise with vendors to ensure accuracy, colour accuracy, and quality output.
-Research on current design trends and best practices to ensure the company's visual communication remains fresh, innovative, and competitive.
